Hello! I’m Pagona Stratoudakis Manololgou, founder of Elefthero|Consulting and a life-long learner who has been lucky enough to spend 20 years dedicated to nonprofit organizations with missions to improve our world.

I’ve served in roles ranging from file clerk, to executive director and board trustee, and through my experience I’ve gained valuable knowledge that I apply to nonprofit clients to build towards their vision.

I scribbled a note years ago that’s still hanging on my wall. It says “People need to know.” I’m passionate about many things, but most of all, I’m passionate about getting knowledge into people’s hands.

What people need to know is that there are choices and changes available to them in life, and the nonprofits I work with, whether they be legal foundations, women’s leadership groups, film production companies, grassroot organizations, cultural institutions or grant making foundations they all create opportunities for choice and change in the world around us.  My goal is to make sure they are heard.
